About our unpaid work placements (co-op)

  • Eligible adult students qualify for several weeks of FREE employment (through an unpaid co-op work placement) as part of their work experience training program. Receive extra assistance in almost any major city across Ontario.
  • Hundreds of candidates have been placed to date.
  • You are under no obligation or commitment to hire placement students. But many are available for paid employment after the placement term ends -- after they have demonstrated the strong contributions that they can make.
  • Placement students have workplace insurance.
  • Students continue in-school training as part of our integrated work training program. Learning objectives are enhanced to match the duties you would like them to perform.
